Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 5 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.
Returns are accepted only if:
The product was delivered damaged.
The product is defective.
You received the wrong product.
Items are missing from your order.
To be eligible for a return:
The return request must be submitted within 5 calendar days of delivery.
The product must be unused and in its original condition.
Original packaging, labels, seals, and accessories must be intact.
A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
Opened skincare products
Used beauty products
Opened wellness supplements
Opened perfumes or fragrances
Products damaged after delivery
Gift cards (if applicable)
Returns based on personal preference, change of mind, fragrance preference, skin suitability, or incorrect ordering are not accepted.
Our support team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.
Please do not return any product without receiving confirmation from our customer support team.
Return Shipping
For approved returns resulting from:
Wrong product shipped
Damaged product
Defective product
Global Glow will arrange the return pickup or provide return shipping instructions at no additional cost.
If a return request is not due to our error, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges, where applicable.
Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Refund processing may take up to 10 business days after the returned item has been received and verified.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, the credited amount may take additional time to appear in your account.
Exchange Policy

Exchange requests must also be submitted within 5 calendar days of delivery.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.
